Elissa began her moving meditation when she was three years old and went to her first ballet class. After studying and teaching dance throughout her teens, she graduated from Adelphi University with a BFA in Dance. She first found yoga while recovering from a knee injury and was immediately hooked, and so began her regular practice! After moving to NYC, Elissa completed her 200-Hour Teacher Training from Pure Yoga with Kay Kay Clivio and Yogi Charu, while pursuing a career in dance. Elissa’s sequences focus on proper alignment, while grounding and strengthening, and opening and stretching. Her goal is to have you feeling like a brand new you, completely refreshed and mindful when you leave class, so you can live your best life in our community.
Liz is a RYT-500 who fell in love with yoga over a decade ago. In that time, she has relieved pain and misalignments from years of sports and injuries, and has found peace and joy in her physical and mental practice. She completed both her 200 and 300 hour certifications with her long-time teacher Karen Rider, of Be Shri Yoga, in May 2014 and June 2018, respectively. Liz’s students can expect inversions, arm balances, and breathing techniques within a steady flow, and her multi-layered sequences offer modifications and enhancements for every level. She believes in challenging her students with empowering sequences and keeps it engaging with fun playlists and lots of laughs along the way. When she’s not on her mat, she enjoys music, skiing, scuba diving, cooking, traveling, and the beach. She offers gratitude to the many amazing teachers she has studied with and looks forward to helping others discover the joy of yoga!

Angie is a RYT 500 who first started practicing Yoga in 2009.
When she moved to New Delhi, India in 2014, she intensified her practice and, through her first teacher training, found much more in Yoga than the physical practice alone.
An intense study of meditation and Yoga philosophy has left a deep imprint in her practice and her teachings.
Having taught at the American Embassy School in New Delhi and practiced with the US Marine Corps, her teaching experiences allow her to teach a variety of classes, catering to all ages and levels.
Angie wants to spread the joy of Yoga and the power of having control over the mind, on and off the mat.
Her classes are breath-based, intelligently sequenced to offer both, a physical challenge and a moving meditation.
Sarah has been studying and practicing yoga for about a decade, and teaching for 6 of those years. The focus she brings is always to protect and nurture our nature, where the body and mind reside in the current moment. If we can practice acceptance there, breathe deeply there, we can expand infinitely. Originally Hatha certified, and now vinyasa trained, there is a blend of meditation, healing, alignment and flow within her classes. She has deep roots in other healing modalities such as Reiki, cranial sacral therapy, nutrition, and wilderness therapy, there is a delicious blend that brings a full mind, body experience when you step on the mat with her. She quotes Nietzsche to sum it up,"There is more wisdom in your body than your deepest philosophies."
Katie has dedicated herself to her practice, study and the teaching of yoga since she first discovered the invigorating and stimulating benefits it extended to her mind and body in 2004, while living in her hometown of London, England.
"In 2010, I left the crazy world of finance to follow my passion of health and fitness. I started by completing a two-year Nutritional Therapy Diploma at Premier Global in London, followed by earning my Yoga Alliance RYT200 certification at Ashtanga-based Native Yoga Center in Juno Beach, Florida, under the tutelage of Todd and Tamara McLaughlin.
Behind my love for my teaching is a strong passion for learning and avenues for personal growth and development. I constantly delve deeper into my yoga studies under the guidance of my teachers and influencers, currently working towards my RYT500.
I welcome all to join me on the mat, where I create a fun and playful space through challenging, dynamic and inspiring alignment-based sequences that are rooted on the connection between movement and breath. You'll leave feeling both energized and motivated, yet balanced and grounded". Be prepared to work hard and have fun!
Janelle's inward journey started 4 years ago with YouTube videos and DVDs, but quickly grew into a dedicated practice both at home and at her local studio. She got completely hooked and absolutely fascinated by the changes that began in her mind and body. Janelle says yoga gave her a feeling unlike anything she had ever experienced and it changed her life for the better. She decided to became a certified instructor. Of course, after seeing the effect yoga has on adults, she wanted to be able to share that with little ones too. Janelle is now a RYT 200 and a certified Children's Yoga Instructor. She hopes to show her students the divine magic that lives within them, and inspire them to continue their practice off the mat, and keep it with them throughout their daily lives.
