Is there a specific pose you can't seem to understand / feel good in? This is the class for you. At the beginning of class, you will be asked if there is anything you want to work on, and we will do just that. There will be a flow to warm up, then break down of poses allowing you to experience the poses and experiment with different variations. Lots of time to ask questions, receive hands on adjustments and learn tips and techniques.
This is a great class for seasoned yogi's and teachers to try out advanced postures/ transitions.

You’ll explore how yoga can support other physical activities in your life. This all levels class offers a safe and challenging practice that is accessible to everyone. Whether you are still learning the foundations, or have a steady practice, this class is for you.
Although this practice can be demanding, each student is encouraged to listen to their body and find a pace suitable for them. Students will be able to deepen poses, depending on their ability.

In this unique healing system of Thai Yoga Massage, the practitioner guides the client through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines and pressure points.
This class builds on Jaté Flow offering a safe and challenging practice that is accessible to everyone and especially those looking to deepen their practice.
During the power hour, you will be moving a little faster than a normal Jaté Flow class, and more advanced postures may be introduced.
